StanLand is an audio comedy series about what happens when a pristine magical kingdom becomes a late-stage-capitalistic nightmare, a fantasy version of Myrtle Beach.
The five-part series follows a jaded podcaster and a mediocre Maryland man-child as they struggle to rescue the land of Zyngia from an invading army of vape shops, dollar stores, gated golf-retirement communities, and business colleges. But if these two very unlikely heroes are ever going to change anything, they’ll have to start with their miserable selves.
Featuring a bevy of celebrity voices, rich sound design, and razor-sharp jokes, StanLand takes epic fantasy in a bold new direction: deep into the industrial waste pond of bad taste.
